Introduction of Langkawi Island

Langkawi island is an archipelago of 104 islands Iying in the north western coastof peninsular Malaysia. The location of this these tropical island is at the site where the Strait of Malacca meet to the Andaman Seas, Langkawi also become a duty free shopping island in Malaysia

The largest of these island call Langkawi Island is bigger than the Penang Island. The other group of island are Island of Pregnant Maiden (Pulau Dayang Bunting), Lion Island (Pulau Singa Besar), and Beras Basah Island. The smallest islands are roughly the size of an ordinary house. And all of that it make Langkawi Island become famous and most attraction place that must visit by tourist around the world.

Langkawi Sky Bridge

The Natural west coast, after enjoy a cable car ride up to the second highest peak of the island, where nature unveils a breathtaking panorama of Langkawi beauty that all tourist can enjoy this moment. This bridge also located 2,300 ft above sea level, the Langkawi Sky Bridge is the perfect getaway spot for everyone that who delight to get some picture on this platform. 

Langkawi Eagle Square 

Eagle Square also know as, Dataran Lang is one of Langkawi’s best known manmade attractions and also as a landmark to this island, a large sculpture of an eagle poised to take flight. A sight that greets visitors to the island via ferry, the 12 metre-tall statue is one of the island’s most instantly recognizable monuments. 

Located at the southeast corner of Pulau Langkawi, besides it also offering beautiful views of Kuah Bay, Dataran Lang has beautiful miniature fountains, terraces and bridges, making it the ideal place for those postcard-perfect holiday photos. The square is a good place to watch ferries ply across the harbor but plan a trip here early in the morning or late in the evening when the sun is at its least intense.



 Tanjung Rhu

Located just beyond Pantai Pasir Hitam, Tanjung Rhu has one of Langkawi’s best shorelines. The waters are as clear as crystal, the sand is powder-fine and driving towards this beach you’ll have to pass a dense corridor of jungle. The area is absolutely is silent and peaceful. Bordered by intermittent limestone crags, Tanjung Rhu is gorgeously breathtaking and even though it may be as hot as Hades in some of the other areas of Langkawi, here the air is crisp, clean and cool.

There are a few roadside stalls selling Langkawi’s local favourite – mee gulung – but other than that the area is quiet. Featuring clean roads, this quarter of Langkawi Island also have Tanjung Rhu Resort as well as the Four Seasons Resort and the well-heeled tend to gravitate here.
